Absinthe, $2.40 per Imp. Gal. Acetate of Lime............... 20 Acetate and Nitrate of Lead, not ground................Free Acid, Acetic Acid and Pyroligneous, n.e.s.,& vinegar, a specific duty of fifteen cents for each gallon of any strength not exceeding the strength of proof, and for each degree of strength in excess of the strength of proof an additonal duty of two cents. The strength of proof shall be held to be equal to six per cent. of absolute acid, and in all cases the strength shall be determinded in such a manner as is established by the Governor Council.
