March THURSDAY,24 (84--282) 1904

Let out 200 buckets. very heavy snowshoing. Sap ran well Today. Buckets tapped yesterday morning full tonight. About 450 trees tapped now. River frozen up yet.

FRIDAY, 25 (85--281)

Quite soft. Gathered Tap in afternoon very heavy going

SATURDAY, 26 (86--280)

Freezing again. Gathered cest of sap on snowshoes. Boiled 1/3 of a tank down Fair sleighing for light loads.
