& to bed at 10. E.M. came home at 6 A.M. & to bed.

Sat. 1st Nov./84. I ironing & did my cleaning B4 dinner. Aunt went to Hamilton on 2 train & it raining. I read Globe in W.C. & I did little chores till dark. I bound hat Ma not so well in afternoon.It rained all afternoon & we finished ironing . M.W. & E.M. fixing & had a laugh & to bed.

Sun. Nov. 2nd / 84. I played directly after bkft & I fixed album & I slept till 12. We, S & I went to S.S. E.M. & M.L. went up to Mount Pleasant. M.L. wore Ida hat & soshe could not go to S.S. I stayed for church & had a very good sermon soul & body. Choir late & had no music for pt. time. Alf here when we came in & Archie also for tea. E.M. away. Didn't do dishes butus young girls in parlor singing Mrs. Williams Herbert & Mrs. Spears came & Herbert in parlor & Arthur Brod. came & we had Frank also nearly as many Gents as Ladies. They all went away together.
