all and drawing room and stairs. Went down town for the Mail. As Dorothy did not sleep all nigt she did not get up until 1 o'clock. Mr. McCarrel came to put hard water tap in bath room. Hydro off between 12 and 1 so late when I got dinner. (got breakfast and tea also). Mrs. Green came up in afternoon and dusted the floor and finished the sweeping. Typed the 3 advertising stories for Alma and wrote and typed an address from McGow Street Gang to the Nolans. Went over to Alma's with the stories and to Caldwell's to get address bound, then to Biehn's to meet to go to Nolan's. As Nolan's packing we just went in there then everybody went to Thomson's where we spent a pleasant evening. I left for a few minutes to meet late train. Charles did not come.
Saturday Sept. 18th.
Cool but bright. Went down for meat. Worked at my centrepiece for over an hour. Went down town with Dorothy for the Mail. Did my Memory ork. Went to
