call on Miss Evans (away home.) Saw Mrs. M.A. H. in verandah and called on her. Mr. Halliday came along in his Ford Coupe and I went out to Mr J.C. Milner's with him. Got out down town when we came back & did some shopping. Went down to Tuer's with "Parables from Nature" Which I got for Mr. Tuer. Spent the evening at home. Charles came home on the late train. Fire in furnace.

Sunday Sept. 19th.

Went to Church Morning & night. Cold - fire in furnace. Went to S.S. Mother up after church and Charlie, Alice and Alice Jean after church at night.

Monday Sept. 20th.

Still cool. Tyed draft letter to send in Mrs. Ferguson Presentation Fund. Worked at centrepiece an hour or more. Dorothy and I walked to the top of North hill. Then I went for a 2 ½ mile walk. The had to go down to Enterprise office with Size of
