bridge. Blanche Ross & Margaret Stevens called re Cavell Club. Will not be able to start until week after next. Knit 35 rows on D's skirt & finished half of it.

Tuesday Oct. 19th.

Fine day. planted the bulbs in the back garden (about 1 hour) Went down town for meat and with S.S. Collection. Called at M.A.'s office to get some addresses re Mrs. Ferguson. After dinner went down town with Dorothy. Called at Mrs. Crow's for address. Came home, went down town again with Dorothy to fit her dress. Went over to Schroeder's to see Mel. Wrote to Aunt Anaise; helped Dorothy pack and packed My own Suit case. Went over to train to meet Charles. Duncan was up in the evening. Very warm day.

Wednesday Oct. 20th.

Went to Toronto with Dorothy on the early train. Spent the afternoon hunting for rooms for Dorothy after meeting Given Gauley at Eaton's Rest Room. Miss Kemp's on Bloor
