practise of High School play as I had to wait for the doctor. Did some message at the office, got the Globe etc. Knit the other side of sweater sleeve- dress and joined with one row across the front below neck. Got hot bath; hot water bottles, bed etc. ready for Charles and fixed the furnace. Snow still here. Cold. As the leaves have fallen off some of the trees, since the snow came it makes the Snow very untidy looking. Charles' temperature 102° to-night.
Sunday Nov. 14th.
Charles ill in bed all day. Temperature went up to 102 4/5° during the day. Went down about 3/5° then up then down. Did not go to church. Went over to Hooper's to get Aldyth to go to S.S. Dr. Rannie here in the afternoon. Still undecided as to what temperature means. Mr. Bell called in afternoon. Mr. Caldwell came up after tea. He is to go to Walkerton to-morrow in Mr. Mickle's place to Mr. Green's trial.
