about the play and up to see Mother, who is better again. Wrote 3 letters for Charles and finished one of my towels for Nell ( 2 blue birds- one done).
Sunday Dec. 12th.
Fine day. Charles walked up and down walk for ½ hour in the morning and 3/4 hour in the afternoon. I went to Church and to S.S. Mr. McDonald, Jack Start and Mr. Tuer, M.A. Halliday were here in the afternoon and Mr. & Mrs. Tuer, Charlie and Alice were here after church. I made lemonade and got biscuits for them all.
Monday Dec. 13th.
Showery but Charles had a half hour walk in the morning and another in the afternoon. Mr. Bell was up in the morning. I wrote to Dorothy and to Matie Ritchie and went down for meat in the morning. Started my other towel and did a Memorandum, an affidavit and a letter for Charles. Then went down town for the Mail.
