Saturday Dec. 18th.
Several snow flurries (real blizzard ones) to-day then the sun came out for awhile. Cleared out box and bed in my room. Mr. Yager here cutting down trees to-day. 2 apple trees - Alexandrian and harvest apple. Went down town for Meat. Mr. Worden tuned the piano. Charles is feeling better and got up at 8.15 this morning. Has a couple of walks outside every day. Went down town for the Mail and down again to do some shopping. Went over to the late train to meet Dorothy. Train arrived about 10.25. Got to bed after 1 a.m. Had practise at s.s. at 2 .p.m. Shovelled walk. Yager boys shovelled snow on again to run their sleigh then left it & I had to take it off.
Sunday Dec. 19th.
Snowing hard. Shovelled path before Church. Dorothy and I went to Church. Shovelled path after church. Dorothy and I went to S.S. Did not go to church at night. M.A. came over before church and Mr. Caldwell while church was in. Charlie and Alice were not up as Alice not feeling well. Shovelled path again after S.S.
