Negative win because they summarized their points and nailed them but affirmative had best points. Judges - Miss Evans, Mr. Davey, Mr. Young - all Methodists but Mr. Young not an impartial Judge. Bound to get back at some Presbyterians. Miss Lochead sang a solo and Mrs. Carder recited. M. Wilkins - chairman. Tremendous storm raging from 5.30 p.m. Got home to find our veranda and steps drifted right up. Charles expects to go to Hanover (Walkerton) on the early train. Blizzard so bad when we came home that Charles decided not to go to Walkerton until Wednesday. Had a good lot of snow to shovel - Shovelled all the walks and the sidewalk down to the Cement down to King's lot and dug out part of the walk there (mild day) Stormed
