station about ten minutes to seven. train went out about 8 o'clock. I lay down for awhile. Then shovelled walk. It was the worst I have had this winter. Snow was up to edge of bank at one side and at about half way. (deeper than height of snow shovel) Took me a long time. My feet got very cold so came in and shovelled from corner of house to back veranda after dinner. Did some of my typing. Went down to Mrs. Crow's for my 1st Music lesson from her. Then went to a tea up at Charlie's. Alice had invited a great many ladies to meet Mrs. Grant who is visiting her for a short time. Came down with Mrs. Crow and Mrs. Beattie. Mrs. Crow had to go to prayer meeting. Mrs. Beattie and I went down to Stanley's to see Mrs. Stanley and Margaret McLaughlin. Zena and Josie are expected from the West to-morrow or Friday for the Funeral, and Jack the Next day. Then we went to call on Mrs. Bremner and Misses Richards. Came home and typed
