April 2 3rd Saturday

Did the entries for Charles. Helped Dorothy make her sandwiches for a tea dance. Went down town for meat. Went to the Public Library in the afternoon to help Miss Elwortht as Mrs. Ferguson is away to Toronto for Easter holidays. Dorothy had Eva, Mar., Edna, Isa, Pearl, Roy, Douglas, Harry, Wat, Wilfred Davison for a tea dance. Went back to Library after tea. Busy. Charles called and we went down to Leitch's and got flowers to send to Mrs. Holford funeral, came home and after the young folks eft, Doug and 2 put rugs down and things away. Cold. wore my fur coat.

April 4th. Sunday

Went to church twice and to Sunday School. Cold. Wore my fur coat. Dorothy and Doug only went in the morning. Blanche Gillies' last Sunday. Mr. Halliday presented her with a "Book of Praise". Dorothy and Doug went over to Wellington King's after church for awhile. Charlie and Alice were up after church. Had skating in Paisley rink on Saturday night.
