Friday May 27th

Beautiful day. Dusted Dorothy's room and Guest Room. Typed a poem for the scrapBook and cleared up Library. Went down town to do some shopping. Did some watering. Mr. & Mrs. McNeel and Mr. Tuer called in the evening. Mr. McNeel drove us to the station to meet Adelaide, her sister, Florence Hazelton, Nell, Dick, Doug, Clare & Jack. All went up to the house. Nell, Dick and Doug came back to stay at our house.

Saturday May 28th.

Nell and I drove up to the house in the Morning and Dick and Doug. went out to the Lillicos. At 10 o'clock we went up to the funeral. Isabel coming up to our house to play with Douglas. Frank looked very nice. Just as though he were sleeping. Mr. Tuer took the funeral service. Tidied up the room after the service was over. Nell stayed for tea. Charles, Isabel, Doug and I had tea at our house. I played
