Men. I got home at 8.30 p.m. Last race driver fined $25 for not driving to {wire?} and another driver put in his place. Two horse had to run off and the pulled horse won. Typed report for London Free Press which Julius took to the Station. Fixed up S.S. collections (2 Sundays) and ordered Supplies and wrote letter enclosing Patriotic Sunday collection.

Tuesday June 7th.

Nice day. Still rather cool. Took S.S. Collection to Bank and got my three money orders away. Worked at office all Morning. Typed an article for Jack McDonald (Charles note on 3rd of June) for Enterprise. Wrote & typed an Editorial on The Parade for Jack and wrote up the Parade for him & took them to him. Worked at office in afternoon. Throat got very sore so went to Dr. Rannie's and had it burned. After tea watered My borders, Snap
