down to the Manse (after doing a little gardening) with some snap dragons. Charleie & Allie & Duncan were here when I got home.

Saturday June 18th.

Stayed home in the Morning and was busy mending all forenoon. Went to the office in the afternoon. Mother came up and stayed for tea. Went up with her to give Isabel her book & ball for her birthday. Called at the Public Library & got some books.

Sunday June 19th.

Was sick all night (old pain in my side) and stayed in bed until 10 o'clock. Mother came up after church. Went to S.S. Charlie called for Mother. Went over to see Mrs. Hooper. Did not go to church at night. Went down to the Manse with a pulpit notice. Charlie & Alice and Margaret were up after church at night.
