Crow, Mrs. Biehn, Mrs. Stewart, Mrs. Ferguson, Mrs. Beattie and Charlie. (Allie too tired to go). Awfully hot.

Wednesday June 22nd.

Very hot. Got furniture back into llbrary this morning. Put the shells back on the shelf. Went to the office & was busy all the time. At noon made the balls for Dorothy's sweater. At office until 6 p.m. Weeded under the flag pole. Went down to the Manse to get S.S. stamp but although doors all open no one answered the bell. Dorothy down at Mair's as Vi keeping house.

Thursday June 23rd.

Very hot. Spent Morning at the office. Called at Manse on the way down to get S.S. stamps. Dorothy caught up to me there and went down town with me. After dinner Mr. M.A. H. called up and asked me to go to the S.S. convention in Paisley. He, Florence Leslie and I went in his
