Nine for each winter month that he has served. Fred One meal. Bought box of Fred at One Dolr. Me & James 1/2 day each sawing rail lengths for Phil.

F. 5th. Mr & James branding up with my Steers for Phil. Beauty Cow went to Bull 1/2 Dolr. to Mr Delf.

S. 6th. Branding up for Phill me Oxen & James.

S. 7th.

M. 8th. Building fence splitting rails etc. me & James for Phil. Let Born have 69 lbs of corn bag & all, for which he is to give me corn again weight for weight

S. 9th. James splitting rails 3/4 of day and myself fencing half day for Phil.

W 10th. James splitting rails all day & myself making fence 3/4 of a day for Phil Phil working with my Oxen all day. Mr. J. Goble pease 36 lbs.
