M. 23rd. Thrased Philips wheat in half a day also half a day for me. Zant with his team Aaron Fortney with his team James Davidson & his brother John Salter, Stewart, James & Moffat Craig, Born, John Davidson was but half the day. Shells machine.

T. 24th. Thrashing as before the same hands excepting Salter? Henry S. was in his place. For me of a day & Rob Omitted Last Saturday B. of Dried apples of Phil 125 cts. Oats to Fortney on Robs A/C.

W. 25th. Bought a vest of Phil on A/C.

F 27th. Lent James Davidson 25 lbs of Flour. Phil of a day for me.

M. 30th. Volunteered to serve in the Militia.
