W. 23rd. Agreed with Duncan Currie to enclose and shingle and lay the floor of Roberts barn for the sum of Twenty five Dolrs. Made an agreement with Duncan Currie to build me the Frame of a house after the following description. Length 36 feet. Breadth 20 feet. Heighth 14 feet in Post. Too be a partition through the centre from side to side the whole heighth of the house The windows and doors to be left as I may direct when the timber is ready for framing. The Posts to be of Black Oak or Red Beach.
