Saturday May 20th

Dad. and Enah paperd nearly all morning and I think are just about through. Frank and I went out about ten o'clock to work at the lane and have been there all day. Dad. helping us this after noon I thew the sods from the sid einto the middle on the east side right back and they followed cleaning out the loose earth and cutting the ewast edge of the sditch on a hebel so the cattle wouldn't track up and break it. We are only working nirth of the waterhole as they culdn't plow through that with the team. After we did chires to-night and before tea we ran the buggy diwn the to tje ditch and washe dit. After tea Frank and I went dfoewn town and I got my haoir cut. Sunny & nice. But breezy.
