Cost 75¢. into hilly country again. saw Roses & Cosmos out in bloom had our dinner by the roadside. East Bot bread 10 Milk 25¢ here had to pay 10¢ for the bottle. Butter 1/2 lb 30¢ weather warm now. passing through old battlefields, must have done lots of fighting around here. Reached Fredericksburg in the afternoon, did not stop on to Richmond, Va. 60 miles from Fredericksburg arrived Richmond about 430pm Got some more Gas $1.10.
