APRIL MONDAY 3 1876

Go to Tannery at 8. Roll up Lea {leather} for Montrar & Hamilton Morrison & I take Cleases stage for StC. I go to buy I Scott's Hides. Worden takes cars this a.m. for Lockport to get Bill Watts, meet Mrs. Courtney at Browns office. Oysters 60 cts. Stage fare $100 I give Worden $400 to go to Lockport, & $500 to apply on my a/c. Meet {Bruk?} returning from StC.

APRIL TUESDAY 4 1876

Get up at 6½. Worden & I breakfast then to Browns Office. Worden starts for Akron Ohio, see Sinclair, Queens Council, about Mrs Courtneys rent, give Watts $150, Worden $100. Buy Scotts Hides Heifer Hides at 6½ cts & Steers No 1s at cts Morrison & I take stage & return home Fare $100 Bill at Murray House for Worden Watss Morrison & myself $400 3 Pair Rubbers $1.62 {laundry?} 50 cts Buy Hat at Andrew $325, pay him for it. {Rx?}
