APRIL WEDNESDAY 19 1876
Take train at 10 for StCaths Moore goes as far as Hamilton Bill at American $350 Paper 50 cts, Fraw at SBank S&C on TP&Co as per Instructions for $2500, Dis & Stams $4082 sned TP&Co pr Expenses $240900 & retain $50. Dinner at StC 50 cts. get home via CSRR {Canadian Southern Rail Road} at 8 P.M.
APRIL THURSDAY 20 1876
Go to Tannery at 8 & stay all day am. Capt Dick comes to Tannery & we go up town together. stop in at Clements get Dinner & have sleep, go to Tannery at 4, Have Go in Clements & Millers Stores this eve'g Bruk there, I till about his {Banks?} getting $800 from S Herou of John Frasers money. Bruk goes out, Donnelly there, Tom Ball & I got home together. I pay Ross the Barber $150 for mending Adas Guitar, Pay Mrs Mulholland $20 on a/c her Bill is $17 & I give her 2 - $10 Bills
