August

8th Fri. Done up more berries. Alex draging. Elizabeth picked berries

9th Sat. Fine. cooler. Made jam. Elizabeth went to Kingston with our people.

10th Sun. Fine. All out in Sills boat in after-noon went up home. All to church in Eve. Elizabeth went to Sunday School

11th Mon. Hot. Done a big washing Alex helped me some. ironed some in afternoon Up home in Eve.

12th Tue. Fine. To Bath in A.M. took Elizabeth to Dr. saw boat come in. I was sick all afternoon. Down to J Youngs in Eve.

13th Wed. Showery about noon. Father started to cut our grain. Up to Ethels in Eve.

14th Thur. Fine. Father cutting grain. Mabel down for dinner in afternoon. Mabel & I took Elizabeth out to Aunt Lauras to stay for a few days.

15th Fri. Fine. I was busy. Alex cultivating. Uncle Elias & Aunt Ida called on their way to Ethels
