Croton September 1904

Sat Sept 24th cloudy and wet i was setting in the house most of the day

Sun Sept 25th cloudy and cool

Mon Sept 26th cloudy and cool. heavey rain last night with thunder and light-ning. Bilton calld this fore noon Sarah was here fore part of the day I wrotē a letter to Victoria this afternoon

Tue Sept 27th light clouds and warm,I took up my oniens and husked three baskets of corn. Jeremiah calld this evening

Wed Sept 28th fore noon clear.afternoon cloudy, I husked fiew shocks of corn

Thu Sept 29th fore noon light clouds and warm a smart about one P.M

Fri Sept 30th clear high wind and cool Sarah was here cleaning house and bakeing. I pict a fiew apples

Sat Oct 1 cloudy and cool. I a fiew apples. Walter took away a load of his barley.

Mon Oct 3rd cloudy and cool. I went over to Brother of. W. {Snrys?} to see how Aunt Victoria was she is Suffering a great deat with her break

Tue Oct 4th cloudy and cold. I walked {"18 years old" written in margins} down to the old this fore noon. Joseph Crowder moved to Tupper ville this fore noon.

Wed Sept 5th cloudy and wet rain in the morning and again in the midle of the day

Thu Oct 6th cloudy and cold. I walk d out of B. Snary's this after noon

Fri Oct 7th clear and cool. I finishd husking my bit of corn. Sarah was here bakeing and cleaning house.

Sat Oct 8th cloudy fore part of the day wet

Sun Oct 9th cloudy and Soft

Mon Oct 10th cloudy with high wind from the South West. Old Mr Chrisitner calld in he was collecting for Salvation armey
