Mon 14. sunshine in the fornoon. Will killed the old sow Paul shot her & John Riexinger helped. Marjorie went to Clifton took 9 lbs ½ butter & a doz & a half of eggs fresh laid. I churned & worked the butter & washed the churn. Paul carried her valise in.

Teu 15 sunshine in fornoon. After dinner Paul cleaned the cow stable & tied the calves in the horse & cows & calves were in the barnyard all day thawing & muddy. Marjorie came home. The children swept the schoolhouse.

Wed 16. thawing & muddy Marjorie took 2 lb 14 oz. of butter @ 26 & ½ doz eggs got 15 cts for them & then she took 9½ for 25 cts brown sugar 25 gran sugar 25 raisins 25 currants 3 nutmegs bottle vanilla bottle peppermint 5 bottle cinnamon lemon peel ½ doz lemons cheese & Gordons boots, candy black pepper common tall butter coller gal coal oil qt. molasses

Thur 17 Marjorie baked bread I churned Fannie Paul fitted the calf stable & some on the back of the house

Friday 18. Marjorie fixing Reebs dress I mended Pauls sock & finished mending a pair of overalls

Sat 19 Marjorie took the two gobblers to Willock they weighed 33 lbs @ 12½ pr lb $4.12 cts. took 2 lb 14 butter @ 26 & ½ doz eggs @ 15. pepper & sugar 10 molasses 12 candy 25 , staples 5. Ethel Miller came Arthur went after her Marguerite swept yesterday & dusted today & I made her a little sponge cakes I bought a new mop. I cleaned the floor with it. the wind chilly. she went in a cutter

Sun 20 Marjorie & the children went to church then she & Gordon went to Riexingers for dinner & tea Mrs Riex. called with the address cold east wind. The minister L Wills had his mother with him. he went in his cutter.
