26th Have this morn $13.51 cts got 50 cts from E Gonyou for eggs they owe me 10 cts yet $1.25 for a bag of potatoes 10 cts to a Jew that I owed him Reggu Brennan was drowned Jack & I did not do much was a nice day

27th I got a plug of tobacco for Jack 10 cts a bladder of putty 24 cts five sacks of cemment this is not paid Mr Kenny & I took a Colton Job down to catholic cemetary put in a new foundation started about one got done about seven took 7 bu of sand & two sacks of cemment I spent about 1 1/2 hours getting the meterial & tools ready the whole job is worth about $6.50 ctss sold Gonyou 2 1/2 doz of eggs 40 cts they owed me 50 cts Mr Walker paid in full for cow $39.00 was a nice day

28th I have this morn $50 80 cts 10 cts for shave 18 cts for collar button 25 cts for coller Mrs F R Richeson gave me her mothers Inscription to put on mon got my horse shod alround 24 cts for axe greese 5 cts to Willie Bishop got ready came out to Seeley Bay after dinner called on Mrs Collman sold a $1500 Job sent in to Wm Deans sold a $15.00 Job had tea
