10 cts to come back 25 cts for grand stand Mr Peter Purvis was up paid me in full for Mon $1500 I was sick alday Andy Wilbert & Lawrence Page were here for dinner & tea & Jennie for tea 90 cts for a bottle of medicine 75 cts for a hat Paid a little Brennen gilr 10 cts that I owed her

2nd Spent 5 cts paid $54.50 cts freight on a car load of bases I agreed to five Tom Baker 40 cts a ton for onloading them & some granite I gave Renfred 35 cts he went home this morn he has been here since a week ago Tuesday paid my dues to Aug 1th in the C.O.F $3.30 was a nice day

3rd I helped Baker with 4 load of bases have left at noon $114.48 cts I started a base for Adrain Job 5 cts for a handle for a big point I went up got John McLaughlin in eve & went up to Willowbank cem was a warm day

4th Baker finished the bases it rained a little after dinner I paid Baker in full $1100 gave Jack L $1.00 Will Jacop & May came in ordered a {illegible} Job same as in shop $1200 they stayed for tea & untill the next fornoon I spent 30 cts I sent cards to Wm Adrain H Graham Mrs Rochfort Mrs McGhie Mr S Ripely Mr Pennock paid my PO sent to Jim 1st 1909 75 cts 25 cts for post 100 to Will Acheson for a bag of oats
