cement did not pay for it went up put in foundation & set B Base got home about eight gave Willie 10 cts I went to show in eve 5 cts was a nice day Jas Brown left $1400 with Jack L to go on paying note leaves a balance with Int

26th I went to church in morn paid $200 & went down to Will Dennys in afternoon stayed to tea we all went down to McDonalds farm nice day

27th I paid J Bishop in full to date $700 Jack L gave me $1400 that Jas Brown gave him for me there is $1100 & Int due yet I got 6 cts for a box

28th Mr Knight gave me $140 cts out of the $500 that I gave hm a few days ago to pay my dues up to Dec 31st 1908 they were $2.10 cents & the other dues up to Sep 30 1908 I went & paid 40 cts duty 86 cts Freight on a piece of marble hauled it up myself I took McGloghlon Joe up erected it Geo Gibson went with me it came to $100 due one by John McGloghon I paid Bob Jackson 100 for stone for foundation Miss McHugie was ordered Job cross of Des No 3674 in Vermont Marble Co Book she wants it in Beers Red granite there was no nice set there is to be no eaving just plain with squair corners instead as design shows have tonight $128.85 cts

29th I wrote a letter to Milne Coutts & Co A.H.Singleton Mrs Ed Coleman Ed. Wright
