Sat Jan 1. Drizzling east rain and very misty. Willie also Mothere. New Years dinner here. I went to New Year's entertainment at Methodist Church. Snow going rapidly. very wet.

Sun Jan 2. Colder and strong n.w wind. I went to eve. church. Willie's Queenie died.

Mon Jan 3 Fine and quite mild Election day. Willie and Mary out. Hamelette Ham{something}washed and dried out fine /. Marjorie called and brought Sausage. Went see Mrs. Little's baby.

Tue Jan 4. Fine and very mild. Snow all gone. a little ice. Mrs. Tesson called in the afternoon.

Wed Jan 5. A few light showers and misty. Aunt Mattie and I in Toronto. called to see Aunt Leggie. I got a black Satin dress $12.50. Mrs Soyle and Miss Morgan called. Aunt M. has blood shot eye.

Thur Jan 6. Fine but cold wind. bright and clean. I called on Mrs Howeard. also at Miss Muuudeys{illegible} and she and Mrs Simpson here in the evening. Mrs Parkinson called.


Fri Jan 7. Fine and very mild. Aunt Mattie and I at the {illegible}ted Prayer Service at our church all day. Annie and walky.

Sat Jan 8. Fine bright and colder all frozen dry and clean can go out without ruffers. no skating. I called at Miss Edey's in the evening. Annie here for a while in the evening.

Sun Jan 9. Fine bright day colder. I went to morning church. no ruffers. Annie & I for a walk. at eve church. Mary Watson called. Marjorie has a baby girl at 4 A.M
