Mon Jan 1. Fine and mild all day a little slippery. New Years. Willies. Marjories. Mothers here just for dinner.
Tue Jan 2. FIne and moderately cold. Auntie at Doctors. Snow in eve.
Wed Jan 3. Snowing lightly most of day. east wind.
Thur Jan 4. Fine and moderately cold.
Fri Jan 5. Fine and moderately cold. Snowing in the evening.
Sat Jan 6. Fine and extremely cold. 8 below zero. We left at 8.30 and took Auntie down. operation aout 10.30. I came home at 2.30. at Drs in eve. stayed at Mothers. Willie called.
Sun Jan 7. Very cold I went ot see Auntie in afternoon. at evening church.
Mon Jan 8. Milder with light snow like Sunday. I was home.
Tue Jan 9. Snowing most of the day. the Doctor and I went for Aunt Mattie left at quarter to ten and home 12.
Wed Jan 10 Fine with a little light snow. Mary Watson called.
Thur Jan 11 A light fall of snow. getting quite deep cutters out and sleighs. Mr Street brought ton coal $16.50
Fri Jan 12. It is snowing lightly. Mrs Howard very sick.
Sat Jan 13. Very cold 2 below zero but clear. Lizzie called. also Mrs Parkinson. Ambulance took Mrs Howard away
Sun Jan 14. Snowing from the east all day. dee snow. not ont
Mon Jan 15 Fine and quite cold. snow to dig. The Doctor called.
Tue Jan 16. Fair at first I washed. a terrific wind in afternoon very cold.
Wed Jan 17. FIne and very cold. 18 below zero. some places. 22 below Mrs Cox here in the morning. Mrs Wilcox and Mrs Collins called.
