4th I gave Edith 200 for to finish paying for apples and board got to Town about ten Jack L & I went out started Cornett foundation was a cloudy day have left to-night $16.10 cts I got a letter from a Mr White with Bank Money orders for $14000 Mrs Jas Stoliker agreed to take a set of posts I told her if she got monument from me they would be $500 if not they would be $800

5th Jack & I went out in morn we finished Cornett foundation in fore-noon I owe John Bell for two loads of stone I got 20 cts worth of stamps 10 cts worth of post cards wrote letters to Geo. one to Andy a card to McIntosh Granite co. V.B Goff letters to D.J. Kenny John Monnoughan W.R. White W.J. White went to show {paper folded over} got out some tracings worked until Twelve O'clock was a nice day
