Sat Apr 16. A few light showers. quite warm. Frauline Caldwells baby buried. I did a little raking and went to Lizzies about 3:30.
Sun Apr 17. Fine and very warm a perfect day. went to St Pauls. Easter service in the morning. and for a walk in the afternoon. the land is working very well.
Mon Apr 18. Fine and very very hot. we came home in afternoon took light coat to Mrs Wells to be shortened 15 cents. Lizzie and children came out. no fire.
Tue Apr 19. Fine and extremely warm for so early. Lizzie and girls here for tea. a little fire in heaten. to lake dampness off. but too warm. I cleaned up over shed. store room.
Wed Apr 20. Fine but windy and cooler. I cleaned bottoms of shed so now all done. Lizzie wasn't home. I stayed with children untill Annie went to boys Banquet. (I put in lettuce and onions latter part of last week)
Thur Apr 21. Fine and bright but colder. I raked and burnt some and put in peas. Mrs D. helped me to hem curtains in afternoon. all cleaning done but varnishing. heatin at.
Fri Apr 22. Fine but cold wind. Mrs Davidson and I at Curtes Euchres. Annie not well and went to Lizzies so I stayed at Mrs Davidsons at night.
Sat Apr 23. Fine but very cold wind. Mrs Davidson and I at Mrs Youngmans to a Euchre Party. I stayed there at night as Annie went back to Lizzies. present 85 {illegible}. Lighted furnace been out ten days.
