23rd I helped Mary to paper front bed room it rained some to-day spent eve at Mr O.K. Stoneman
24th I helped Mary to paper back bed room Jacob came in this fore-noon brought us 2 Gal of syrup I paid him $150 meat 15 cts It rained some this fore-noon
25th Jacob went home after dinner 25 cts for meat to-day was a nice day I helped Mary to paper Both rooms got 1 cwt of bran $1.35 got 25 cts from Mary
25th I dug up part of back yard & helped Mary to paper Hall or part of it I got 2.00 from B. Dick this eve went to I.O.O.F. Aniversary Kingston & Seeley Bay boys were here 35 cts for ticket
