July 2nd I have this morn $2.29 I went down & see A.M.DeLong he paid me $20.00 Com on Green Deal and the $50.00 he borrowed over a week ago I gave him $20.00 this was for what Com he paid me on Andys deal I gave him a cheque for $1020 pay in full for my six lots in Spruce Cliffe, Eddie Kenny paid his note $36.00 Morice & I started out after-noon he had dinner with us we called at Jas. Cochrane John Bulger I had supper at Geo's gave Borden 2 cts 35 cts for horse feed we came on out to John Beattys stayed alnight was a nice day & very warm 4 cts for P.O. 38cts for meat
July 3rd We came through Oak Leaf had dinner at Wm Earls on to Wallace Simes then to John Sykes then to E. Pages Jennie is satisfied to hold Lots till spring we came home after ten was a warm day I owe for rig
