August 24 1907 24 I drawed manure a windy day and hot and dry my corn is drying very up. 26 I drawed golddust a fine day hot and dry. 27 I drawed manure and went to a bee a dry time. 28 We had wrestlers to day a fine dry day cool nights. 29 I did chores a fine day of pickett worms. 30 I got a load of wood and did chores a fine day I went over town. 31 I got a load of wood a dry day.

September 1907 2 I drawed wood a fine day hot and dry. 3 I drawed wood a fine day lots of flies. 4 I helped Jasper cut some logs a fine day my corn is drying up with the dry wether [sic]. 5 I did chores a fine day with a little rain. 6 I got a load of dirt for my beds a fine day. 7 I did chores and went up to Jaspers a little rain to night. 9 I did chores and went up to Jaspers and Ruby and I went out to the sale this after noon. 10 I did chores a rainy day. 11 I did chores a wet day. 12 I worked over town a hot day.
