7th I went to church in morn 20 cts gave Mary 5 cts we went for a drive in after noon it snowed some to-day Mary & Dora went to church this eve

8th Mr Thos. Hill & I worked on shop till about two O'Clock then Geo came they finish roof to-day I called on a Mr. Burley he agree to see me before purchasing monument for brother in spring I got ready after supper came out to R. Moultons was a nice day I paid Mrs Seal for milk in full 39 cts

9th I went over to A Deans on Glover farm sold a small stone $15.00 had dinner came across to Elgin then to Portland out to Mrs Cantons she agreed to give me a chance before purchasing back to
