Mar. 1st Mr Thos. Hill came & worked nearly alday Mr Arthur Rice came after dinner started to work about three O'Clock worked about 3 hrs I took Boal & McKay Ins. down to Jack L. to-day I agreed to erect Boal job free for him & he is to pay me for erecting Keating job I gave Mary $2.0 I paid for Milch 42 cts 10 cts for oxolic Acid I wrote to Geo.

Mar 2nd Mr Rice worked about 10 hrs to-day Mr Hill finished Tinning shop was a nice day have left to-night 5.00 I wrote to John Third & Son

3rd I got a letter from Mrs. F.J. Peyman I went to Brockville this morn $1.85 for return ticket case was ajourned till to-morrow I stoped at Ben Thurstons we done some canvasing I stay alnight there it was a cold day 5 cts Baggage charge $1.00 for bus fare I gave B. Thurston a cheque for $10.00 he gave me to $10.00

4th Geo. gave me $2.00 to pay for Renfords his & my dinner it was $1.50 I had supper at B. Thurstons gave the Kids $1.00 was a nice day got home about seven
