Sept. 14. - Tues. - We scrubbed + churned this a.m. I took Mrs. Orr some buttermilk .. This is the first day of Prescott Fair.

Sept 15. - Wed. - It is a nice warm day. We shelled beans to-night. Papa + Mr. J. Easton went up to Mr. Robt. Wood's to see about the corn.-cutters. It rained to-night

Sept. 16. - Thur. - Papa + I went to Algonquin this a.m. Mama went up to Mrs. R. Bishop's for dinner. Henry was threshing at Mr. J. Easton's this a.m. Mr. A. Wright came down here this Eve.

Sept 17. - Fri. - Mr. Knapp's threshed this p.m. Mama, Laura + I gathered wild grapes this p.m. Choir practise at the church this Eve.
