Jan. 12. Wed. - Mr. C. J. Johns was here for dinner. He was collecting the phone tories. Ladies Aid was here this p.m. Mrs. R. Bishop, Miss. P. Bissell, Mrs. D. Wells, Mrs. Geo. Dudley Jr., Mrs. Jno. Warner, (Rev), Mrs. Johnston + Elsie, Ethel, + Winston, Mrs. Jno. Dalton ^were here. Uncle Tom's Cabin is in town to-night.

Jan. 13. - Thur. - Mama went up to Mrs. Weight's for dinner. I went up to Mr. J. Easton's to get my dress fitted.

Jan. 14. - Fri. - Did my upstairs work. We churned. Laura was over this p.m.

Jan. 15. - Sat. - This was a lovely day. Aunt Jane's birthday. Papa + Mama were in to Uncle Hugh's for dinner + tea. Laura was over this p.m. I have been busy all day. Papa + Mama came home 9.30 p.m.

Jan. 16. - Sun. - Henry + I went up to Grandma Manhard's this a.m. + stayed for dinner.
