[continued from last page] Will Throop + Minnie were here for dinner. Mama phoned up to Mr. S. Colis + told them to tell us to come right after dinner. We went to church this Eve. I played as Mary is away up to Hastings.

Jan. 17. - Mon. - We washed. I went down to Annie's this p.m. + stayed all night. There was a dance at Maitland + Warner's all went but Annie + Grandma Warner. We made fudge + did not go to bed till 11.30.

Jan. 18. - Tues. - It rained + I stayed all day. Came up with Willard + Charlie [Dornpson] to-night.

Jan. 19. - Wed. - It is nice + warm out. I have not felt very well to-day- Cleaned the [stais] on my blue sailor-suit this Eve.
