1841 Memorandums

July 22 Dandy was bulled to-day M Bs bull

Aug 14 Bess was bulled to-day 16th Reggie do to day

Sept 20 A religious revival took place in the 3 con. Lanark about two weeks ago under the Preaching of the Revd Willm Dick. He is now preaching in the village of Lanark and is appearing to be successful

Oct 8 Mr Dick has baptised 10 up to this date, by immersion, in the village of Lanark

Nov 19 John Mason left Lanark on the 8th current

Decr 20 The Queen of England was delivered of a son on the 9th Novr last -

Decr 20 Wrote Brother William to day

Decr 20 There are two or three inches of snow on the ground at present which fell on the 19th There were two similar falls this season before but neither of them lay above two or three days -

1842 Jan 25 By cash settled with M. Hall for my reading of the Montreal Herald today year ending May 1842

March 26 The young Price born on the 9th Nov last was baptised on the 25 Jany last his name is Albert Edward

June 5 A fine shower yesterday The only rain that has fallen since the snow disappeared

There are 30 bushels, good, in the pit with divet next the public road 38 in the other in all 260 bushels - the year
