Oct. 1. - Sat. - Cleaned the cistern. Elsie + Hyne also Annie + Willard went to town. The children (all) stayed here. Went down to Warner's with a surprise party for Annie + Willard. Had $ 20.00.

Oct. 2. - Sun. - Went to church this p.m. Was up to Electa's this Eve + sha came home with me + remained all night. It has been a fine day.

Oct. 3. - Mon. - Washed. Elsie came out this p.m. for Annie + Howard.

Oct. 4. - Tues. - It rained.

Oct. 5. - Wed. - Cutting cown at Wesley Wood's this p.m.
