Jan. 27. - Fri. - Rained & froze to-day. There is a telephone meeting (the share-holders) this p.m. at N. Augusta, but Papa did not go. Laura was over this p.m. I finished ironing. Dance at the Hall Maitland to-night.

Jan. 28. - Sat. - Papa went to town this a.m. It is a blustry day. I went up to Mrs. Wrights 2.30.p.m. & got my new dress.

Jan. 29. - Sun. - Has been a stormy afternoon. Papa, Henry & I went to church this Eve. Not many out.

Jan. 30. - Mon. - Mama washed some.

Jan. 31. - Tues. - I ironed.
