April 7. Sun. - "Easter Sunday" bright morn, but rained hard all day. We were all alone. papa, Henry & I went to service 7.30 Eve. Just 15 present. "Thus ended Easter Sun"

April 8. Mon. - Colder. Washed the "Bishop family" came down this Eve.

April 9. - Tues. - papa took {illegible} syrup to {Brockville?} this a.m. Mama has bad cold. "Washing harnesses" the {illegible} of the day. Jns. Beathie was here this eve.

April 10 Wed. - I went down to Dalton's this p.m. Warm.
