FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 1872.

Playing Beau Tommy, lets play. That you're my Beau, Who's come to visit me "Good evening, what a great surprise! You're just in time for tea". Now Tommy you must squeeze my hand With all your might and main "Somebody" always does it so To my big sister Jane"; Gracious! You've hurt me horribly How dreadful you can be If other girls allow that style Don't try it sir with me, Then Tommy you must look forlorn As though I'd caused you pain "Somebody" always looks like that With my big sister Jane"- Forgive you, I don't think I shall - Pick up my Worsted please - You've made me drop them on the floor - You're such a horrid tease. I may forgive you if you stay, Quite still and hold this skein, "Somebody" never dares refuse, With my big sister Jane - "Kiss and make friends"? I've half a mind - To go and call mamma, "Kiss and make friends"? Of course I'll no - Oh what a scamp you are - Kiss you! indeed you awful man - You're crazy that is plain - "Somebody" always does it though - To my big sister Jane -
