Sunday, January 16 Weather:- Fair & cold, till noon, light snow Eggs: 109 & 2 duck Attended church in the Morning, services conducted by Mr. Sellar, asisted by his collage friend Mr. Wisher, fair good attendance Mr. Cunningham spent the evening with us, had a fire in the fire place making the evening more cheerfull
Monday, January 17 Weather- Partly fair, milder cloudy in afternoon Eggs- Gathered 80 & 2 duck eggs Presented with 15 little figs 7 died so far Filled bottom course of ice house with snow In the afternoon Laura & Isabel Scott came up and stayed for supper with us John came up after and left for a cutter ride Joe went to Unionville with Newton
