Aug. 1903

Thursday 6th fine We Cut oats all day finished no 7. we cut about 12 acres today Geo hoeing turnips. Father & John Shocking oats.
Friday 7th fine We cut oats in no. 5 7 acres Geo. hoeing turnips & Choring
X X Saturday 8th fine We finished cutting oats for this season and put away Binder & Took queen down to Sorby's. put her to Golden Victor. Old pride in heat today. I went to town, sent $1200 to Dr. J. Orlanda, Gen. manager of Industrial pd for Gro .34 Hardware .95.

Sunday 9th fine Father Mary & I went to Church in morning and Children & I to S.S. And Mary & Mother baby & I went to cemetery in evening.
Monday 10th fine We worked at roots and put paris green on potatoes Father plowing. Sent pedigrees to be recorded of 8 calves $1200 12.00
7 loads Tuesday 11th fine We worked at roots in morning and at hauling oats in afternoon. 7 loads
10 loads Wensday 12th fine We hauled oats all day 10 loads.
9 lds Thursday 13th fine We hauled oats all day 9 lds. sent.
6 lds Friday 14th fine We hauled oats. 6lds. & fixed scaffold & got cattle from station Belle of Delavel 2nd & Witch of Mote. both Imp. & Lady Evangeline of W.G.
