Sat Oct 12. Dull and threatening then a light shower in evening but not to do much good. I went to Weston left at 2.30 there at 4.30. "Woodbridge Fair".

Sun Oct 13. Dull and dreary but not cold at morning and evening church with Clara, for a walk in the afternoon.

Mon Oct 14. Fine bright perfect day. George and Clara brought me home about 4.30 at Annies for the night again as she is expecting Plumbers.

Tue Oct 15. Fine bright perfect day, after a heavy white frost. I raked some leaves in afternoon and burnt. stayed with the Davidson children while father and mother at practice.

Wed Oct 16. A terrific N.W. wind. The barns burned on the old Sane farm. Our Parish Hall opened at 8.30. Mrs Davidson, Lorraine and I up. a large loaf and a pound or a little over minced ham and about a pound of butter for sandwiches.

Thur Oct 17. Fine and quite cold and bright in Toronto at Hipp and lunch. I was sick at night chilly and stomach sick.

Fri Oct 18. Fine and bright. I was sick all day and chills and Dears. the children came to Annies their teachers convention. I remained with L. and D- for the evening. Bus apples $1.

Sat Oct 19. Fine warm perfect day. I had the children for dinner. picked last of winter pears. At Presbyterian Bazzar and afternoon tea. raked and burned a few of the leaves. Mrs Davidson started to pick apples.
