S & Ida counting eggs. Villa Wison came & I dressed & was working Hair pins "(toilet" Ida went to P.O. with her. M.L. & Ida drove to station for M.W. I playing & A & I singing. It mild & beautiful evening so A. & I went down to P.O. & met John Ing. & went over to Hall for an hour & then He come home with A. & I walked up road with A. B. & Arthur. I sat up till 11. all alone.

Sat 31th.. Jan/85 I bot 2 crates of apples in from barn & did work went to P.O. & Decker got card from Adrienna about coming up I had tooth very bad after dinner. got up at 3 & worked. Mrs Ing & Willie came got washed & went to P.O. got card from E.M. coming home on 6. Frank got horse hitched for M.W. to go to meet Ad. but E.M. come home & slipped off with it to J. McDuffies party (supposed) so girls walked up to meet Ad. Josh H gave them a drive home. Us girls laughing at tea. I working fancy work & to bed at 10.

Sun 1st.. Feb/85 I took sick early in morning & had very bad time. I layed till 12 & got dressed felt very weak. All went to SS & church so I got Ma some dinner & was reading when folks come from church. But Max called when Ma eating B. 4 she got up & he went & talt & talked to her. Mrs Williams in room.
